Italian Ice Machine   Characteristics:

1.  Hardness-control-system(HCS), *0 hardness parameter for any operator to make the same high-quality gelato.

2.  Patent dasher with high performance and perfect extraction rate, easy to clean and replace.  

3.  Unique designed evaporator with gas finely dispersed to "Multipoint" around cylinder.

4.  Two speeds, low for Italian gelato and high for high overrun ice cream.

5.  Designed with safety devices to protect the operator and the machine from dangers.

The Difference Of Italian Ice Machine:

The design of our beater, which brings ice cream coming out with good texture. Without good beater, the ice cream is not hard enough, and the texture will not be smooth.

• The efficient freezing because we are using high H.P components. A lot of suppliers mark the same size as us, but actually the power is much less. It will affect the texture of ice cream and efficiency.

• Right speed, right beater, right scraper, right design , etc. will make sure right ice cream.

• Components are with high standard to make sure the long time duration of machine.

** Delivery time: 2~4 weeks upon receipt of payment

** Warranty: *2 months for whole machine apart from plastic parts.(*4 months for compressor & motor)

** For each machine, we will give service kit,SERVICE_KIT is a self-service package including a lot of spare parts to enhance and extend the life cycle of the machines.The SERVICE_KIT can ensure machines run longer than **5 years without any service from the manufacturer
